Trivia Answer:
TE James Casey was a minor league pitcher in the Chicago White Sox organization and for the independent Fort Worth Alley Cats before he retired from baseball to pursue his football career, starting at Rice.  Lennie Waite, an Olympic Track and Field athlete after her college days, originally played soccer at Rice before switching to distance running events. Cooper King is the incoming freshman on the Rice football roster whose grandfather Rufus King was inducted into the Rice Athletics Hall of Fame in 1982.  Interestingly, Rufus’ brother Boyd played center at Rice alongside him.   (Thanks, Mike Ross!)
