Nicholas Brown (1934-2026):
On August 16, Nick Brown passed away.  A native Houstonian, he earned a BA (’56), a MA (’60) and a PhD (’63) in Physics from Rice.  He enjoyed a thirty+ year career with Texaco.  Also, he “loved physics, sports, music, sailing and his family”.  He is survived by, among others, his wife of sixty-nine years, Anne ’57.  Click here for the Chronicle obituary.
