Richard Linklater, the uncle of former Owl pitcher Jackson Parthasarathy, played baseball for the Bearkats in 1980.  Interestingly, he played his senior year of high school baseball at Bellaire where he was teammates with Mike Fox (Rick hit 2 hole and Mike hit cleanup!)  (Thanks, Mike Fox!)
