Ope  Amosu, MBA '14:
This month, Esquire Magazine named ChopNBlok among the thirty-three best new restaurants in America this year.  Ope Amosu’s restaurant started as a pop-up before becoming a vendor at Post Houston food hall in 2021 and now has a standalone brick-and-mortar location at 507 Westheimer in Montrose since October last year.  Read more.
