Paul Leung (1923-2021):
On February 27, Paul Leung passed away. Born in Hong Kong, he emigrated to the US in 1949 after serving in the Chinese Air Force as a flight engineer during WWII and earned a MSME degree from Rice in 1952. He spent a “long and illustrious” career at Bechtel Power, rising to become Chief Engineer. Also, he “enjoyed fine dining, traveling, and telling stories”.
