Former Owl basketball player Lynn Elsenhans ’78 is a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco.  Thanks to a $5 million commitment in May from Lynn and her husband John, Rice will add Women’s Golf in 2026-27.  And she will receive a 2024 Distinguished Owl Club Award at the 20th “An Evening For Rice’s Honour” on Tuesday, October 15 at River Oaks Country Club.  (Thanks, Chris Kohnhorst and Larry Nettles!)
