Gary Seastrunk (1952-2025):
On February 27, Gary Seastrunk, the father of Diego Seastrunk, passed away “after a brief but hard fought battle with cancer”.  A native Texan, he attended Texas Southern University.  “From a young age, Gary had a passion for music and sports”.  He is survived by, among others, his wife of forty-seven years Elsa.  Click here for the obituary.

Damon Thames:
Damon Thames and six other office leasing brokers have left Cushman Wakefield to join Houston-based Partners Real Estate.  Damon, who graduated from Rice in 2000 with a triple major (economics, human and health sciences and managerial studies) was inducted into the Rice Athletics Hall of Fame in 2009.  Read more.
