Charlcy Black (1931-2026):
On March 18, Charlcy Black passed away. A native Texan, she attended Rice (Brown College, class of 1952). She enjoyed a career with LTV and Lockheed Martin. Also, she “was an avid traveler, skier, golfer and bridge player”. She is predeceased by her husband Donald (they were married for sixty-one years when he passed away in 2014).
