Besides Danny Lehmann, former Rice baseball player Eddie Dyer (1920-21-22) had a career W-L record of 446-325 managing in the major leagues in addition to guiding the Cardinals to the World Series title in 1946.  Read the Rice game notes (page 2).  (Thanks, Mike Ross!)
