Mildred Jenkins (1928-2021):
On May 27, Mildred (Millie) Jenkins, the mother of Barbara Gibbs ’73, passed away. She was a “force of nature”. Together with her late husband Tom (whom she meet on a blind date), they raised seven children. Also, she worked as the assistant to the Dickinson ISD Superintendent for fifteen years and she was active in the community as well as in her church. Click here for the obituary.
