Howard P Smith (1947-2025):
On June 27, Howard Smith passed away. A native Texan, he graduated from Rice in 1969. “He will be remembered as a beloved husband, father, grandaddy, brother, uncle, and friend to many.” He is survived by, among others, his wife Michelle (they will married in 1985).
