According to this week’s Houston Businesss Journal, NY-based law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has leased 28,000 sf in Hines’ 609 Main at Texas Tower in downtown Houston. The tenant was represented a team of four from Savills Houston while the landlord was represented by Damon Thames ’99, Cushman & Wakefield Houston Executive Managing Director.

Yesterday, Puerto Rico (3-3) lost to Curacao and was eliminated from the 2024 Caribbean Series, the tournament of Latin American and Caribbean winter league champions, being played in Miami. Detroit Tigers prospect Trei Cruz is a member of the Puerto Rico team.
