Bertha Gray Jamison (1929-2022):
On September 12, Bertha Gray Jamison passed away. A native Texan, she earned a BA “with distinction” from Rice in 1951. At Rice, she was vice president of the sophomore class, Outstanding Senior and Phi Beta Kappa. Later, she earned a Master of Education from UH.
