According to this week’s Houston Businesss Journal, NY-based law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has leased 28,000 sf in Hines’ 609 Main at Texas Tower in downtown Houston.  The tenant was represented a team of four from Savills Houston while the landlord was represented by Damon Thames ’99, Cushman & Wakefield Houston Executive Managing Director.
