Klaas Tadema (1940-2026):
On September 1, Klaas Tadema passed away. Born in Brazil, he attended Rice (class of 1961). He spent thirty years teaching math, primarily in Houston ISD. Also, he was a man of many interests and was active in his church. He is predeceased by, among others, his wife Dorothy (they were married for fifty-three years when she passed away in 2021).
