Paul Gilliam (1953-2026):
On July 30, Paul Gilliam passed away. A native Texan, he earned a BA in History from Rice (Baker College) in 1976 and a JD from UT Law in 1979. He served in the Navy JAG Corps and then enjoyed a career with Ramey & Flock in Tyler from 1984 until his retirement in 2022. Also, he held a deep love for Texas heritage, was an avid reader and was a lifetime member of the Texas Stampede.
He was a “man of profound brilliance, deep faith, and enduring love”. He is survived by, among others, his wife of eighteen years, Rosanna. Click here for the obituary.
