Michael McGettigan (1947-2026):
On June 3, Michael McGettigan passed away. A native Texan, he earned a BA in Political Science from Rice (Will Rice) in 1969 and a JD from UVA in 1973. He enjoyed a career “as a skilled attorney of national prominence” in Washington DC and Virginia Also, he was a “longstanding subscriber and supporter of Piedmont Fox Hounds”. But “his family was his greatest joy” and he is survived by, among others, his wife Lee. Click here for the Washington Post obituary.
