Valerie Hale (1962-2026):
On May 4, Valerie Hale passed away due to a rare form of T-cell lymphoma. Born in Oklahoma, she earned a BA from Rice (Brown College) in 1984 and a PhD from the University of Utah in 1992, both in Psychology. She enjoyed a “private practice specializing in the divorce and child custody population and psychotherapy for children and adults”. She “was a force of nature and changed countless lives for the better by encouraging others to accomplish more than they ever imagined for themselves”. She is survived by, among others, her husband Kevin Winn and their two children Stephanie Winn and Henry Winn. Click here for the obituary.
