American Conference:
Yesterday, the American Conference announced the winners of the three 2026 Leadership and Engagement Committee awards. Rice Athletics Hall of Famer Wanna Hadnott won the Commissioner’s Annual Trailblazer Award. Also, Deputy AD for External Operations at Tulane Jana Woodson won the Marlon Dechausay Unity Award for a Staff Member. Previously, she was associate AD for marketing at Rice.
