Rodica Gonzalez (1964-2026):
On February 8, Rodica Gonzalez passed away. Born in Romania, she earned a Master of Music from the Shepherd School in 1990. She “was an accomplished violinist and a proud member of the Houston Symphony, where she dedicated 36 years to musical excellence”. For nearly thirty years, she performed side by side her sister Mihaela ‘92/’95. “Whether through her music or her personal relationships, she brought beauty, warmth, and meaning into the lives of others”.
