Ralph Sharman, MD (1944-2025):
On December 16, Ralph Sharman, MD passed away. A native Houstonian, he earned a BA from Rice in 1966 and a MD from Baylor College of Medicine in 1970. He practiced at Ben Taub where he was chief of Radiology from 1975 to 1985 and at Texas Women’s Hospital. He “devoted his professional life to the practice of medicine and to the care of his patients, bringing intelligence, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility to his work.” He is survived by, among others, his wife Ginny (they were married in 1967).
