Martha Bell (1940-2025):
On November 26, Martha Bell passed away. She earned a BA in English from Rice in 1962. Together with her husband Pat, they raised two children. Also, she earned a Master of Education from East Texas State University in 1977 and she was an elementary school teacher in Texarkana. “Her Life was a beautiful testament to love, creativity, faith, and gentle strength.” She is survived by, among others, Pat (they were married for sixty-four years).
