Captain Robert Bruce (1925-2025):
On October 27, Captain Robert Bruce passed away. A native Texan, he earned a BS from Rice in 1957 and a MS from UH in 1970 in Chemical Engineering. “He was a highly accomplished chemical engineer, a longtime active and reserve duty officer in the United States Navy, and a devoted family man”.
