Jeff Bronson (1938-2025):
On October 8, Jeff Bronson passed away. A native Texan, he earned three degrees in Physics from Rice, a BA (’59), a MA (’61) and a PhD (’64). Beginning in 1967, he enjoyed a career teaching at Texas A&M, as a research scientist at the TAMU Cyclotron Institute, teaching again at Texas A&M and finally teaching at Blinn College before retiring for good in 2024. Also, he loved handball and racquetball and he “was extremely social and was nearly always in a good mood”.
He is survived by, among others, his life partner of thirty-eight years, Dwight Bohlmeyer, whom he married in January. Click here for The Eagle obituary.
