Dan Friedkin '92:
The Boston Celtics have agreed to be sold for $6.1 billion to a group led by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group managing partner William Chisholm. Dan Friedkin was reportedly among the last four bidders. Read more.

Paul Bruce Pipes (1941-2025):
On March 3, Bruce Pipes passed away. A native Texan, he earned a BA from Rice in 1963 and a Master of Science (1964) and a PhD (1970) from Stanford, all in Physics. Among other places, he worked at Dartmouth for twenty-four years and served as provost at Franklin and Marshall for a decade. In retirement, he pursued his passion for astronomy and astrophotography. “He will be remembered for his unpretentious kindness, approaching everyone he met with curiosity and a generous spirit”.
