Leland Baskin (1952-2024):
On November 20, Leland Baskin passed away. A native Texan, he earned a BS in Bioengineering from Texas A&M in 1974, a MS in Civil Engineering from Cornell in 1977, a Master of Applied Mathematical Sciences from Rice in 1985 and a MD from UT Health San Antonio. He enjoyed a medical career in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and in Canada. Also, he was active in the community. He is survived by his wife of thirteen years, Laura.
