In its preseason Top 25 poll released yesterday, top ranked by D1Baseball were LSU (#1), Tennessee (#2), Stanford (#3), Ole Miss (#4) and Texas A&M (#5). This season, Rice is scheduled to play a total of 8 games against Stanford (#3), Texas A&M (#5), TCU (#15) and Texas Tech (#24).
