William Brown (1941-2022):
On July 30, William Brown passed away. A native Texan, he earned a BA in Architecture from the University of Arizona in 1966 and a Master in Architecture from Rice in 1967. Beginning in 1971 with the launch of Brownstone, he started a fifty-year career in real estate involving the design, development and construction of nearly 20,000 housing units in eight states. Also, he was an avid outdoorsman. He is predeceased by, among others, his wife Nan (they were married in 1965 and she passed away last year). Click here for the Chronicle obituary.
