UIL High School Baseball Playoffs:
Yesterday, Southlake Carroll defeated Ridge Point, 6-1, in the semi-finals of the Class 6A high school state baseball tournament at Dell Diamond. The Panthers head coach is three-year Rice baseball letterman Clinton Welch (1981-82-83) who is assisted by four-year Rice baseball letterman Donald Allen (1989-90-91-92). Read more.
