Grace Grierson Bunch (1929-2022):
On February 20, Grace Grierson Bunch passed away. A native Houstonian, she graduated from Rice in 1951. In addition to raising a son Max Jr with her husband Max Bunch, she enjoyed an almost forty-year career working for Dr Isaac McReynolds. Also, she was active in Rice alumni affairs including her long-time service as treasurer to the Owen Wister Literary Society. She is survived by Max Jr but predeceased by Max (they were married for fifty years when he passed away in 2005). Click here for the Chronicle obituary.
