    12 graduate students awarded $87,500 (Rice News)

    Michael Walker (1940-2018):
    On September 14, Michael Walker passed away.  A native Texan, he earned a BA from Rice in 1962 and a MBA from TCU.  After military service as a naval aviator, he was a “successful businessman, beginning I the aeronautical industry, then petroleum, investment management, and finally to real estate”.  He is survived by, among others, his wife of 53 years, Ann.  Click here for the Chronicle obituary.
