  • Rice Trivia (October 31, 2014)

    Trivia Answer:
Rice football has won twice in South Florida (both shutouts), blanking Tennessee, 8-0, in the 1947 Orange Bowl and then blanking Florida, 10-0, in the Orange Bowl Stadium on October 8, 1960. Since there was conflicting information online yesterday morning, I am giving credit for either answer.  Tomorrow, Rice football plays at Florida International (Thanks, Bev Schorre!)

Way to go, Joe Quoyeser, Donald Bowers, Rod Boane, John Wolda, Bev Schorre, Jim Woodruff, Martha Proctor Gano, Peter Fasullo, Mike Ross, Ted Richard, Ann Bixby, Jay Williams, Bob Reinhold, Sallie Schwall, Betty Bixby and Bryant Wilkinson!
