Player Moves (Thanks, Sharon Mathews!):
On July 29, Atlanta acquired Brian Friday by trade and assigned him to AAA Gwinnett.  Yesterday, Bryan Price was assigned to AA Akron from AAA Columbus.

MLB/MiLB Scoreboard Yesterday:
Lucas Luetge (1-1, 1.86) picked up his first career save by getting the final out for Seattle.  Lance Pendleton (6-4, 4.72) got a no decision for AAA Durham and Tony Cingrani (5-3, 2.15) was the losing pitcher for AA Pensacola.

Paul Janish (.184) went 2-for-3 with 2 runs for Atlanta.  Brian Friday (.224) homered for Gwinnett and Jeremy Rathjen (.360) went 2-for-4 with a double, a run and 2 RBI for R Ogden.

On July 18, Danny Lehmann was promoted to AAA Rochester from AA New Britain.  On Friday, Mike Ojala was promoted to AA Jacksonville from Hi-A Jupiter, reuniting him with Bobby Bramhall.

MLB/MiLB Scoreboard Yesterday:
Philip Humber (5-5, 5.90) was the winning pitcher as Chicago defeated Texas, 5-2.  Mike Ojala (0-1, 4.09) earned a hold for AA Jacksonville.  Taylor Wall (1-1, 4.50) was the losing pitcher for R Helena.

Jeremy Rathjen (.359) went 3-for-4 with a run and a RBI for R Ogden.

Brian Friday (.232) went 2-for-3 for AAA Indianapolis, Josh Rodriguez (.308) went 3-for-5 with 3 doubles, 2 runs and 5 RBI for AAA Buffalo, Rick Hague (.254) doubled for Hi-A Potomac and Jimmy Comerota (.239) went 2-for-3 with a double and RBI for SS Yakima.  Also, Craig Manuel (.333) doubled and Anthony Rendon (.333) homered for SS Auburn.  It was his third homer in as many games.

On Monday, Anthony Rendon, who is on rehab assignment with the GCL Nationals, hit his first professional home run.  For good measure, he homered again yesterday.

Lucas Luetge (1-0, 1.33) earned a hold for Seattle.  Tony Cingrani (5-2, 2.15), Jared Gayhart (1-2, 4.08), and Andrew Benak (1-3, 4.50) took losses for AA Pensacola, AA Erie and SS Staten Island, respectively.
