Cape Cod Baseball All-Star Game:
Last night, the East defeated the West, 4-1, in the CCBL All-Star game at Fenway Park.  JT Chargois and John Simms pitched a scoreless inning for the East and West, respectively.  Click here for the CCBL recap and here for Aaron Fitt's recap.

Tonight at 7 pm ET, the CCBL All-Star game will be played at Fenway Park.  JT Chargois is an Eastern Divison All-Star and John Simms a Western Division All-Star.

Yesterday, Rose Capital defeated West University, 10-7, to win the Texas East Little League Tournament Senior Division in Tyler.  The WULL Seniors were coached by Trey Cornelius (a Lamar HS classmate of Joe Savery), Will McDaniel '08 and Clint Souls.

2011 First-Year Player Draft:
D-backs agree to deal with first pick Bauer (MLB.com)

The Road to Bangor:
Yesterday, the West U Little League Senior Divison 15-16 all-star team defeated Victoria, 14-7, in the Texas East Little League Tournament in Tyler.  Today, they play Rose Capital in the championship finals.  They will have to win twice to win the tournament.  The WULL Seniors are coached by Trey Cornelius (a Lamar HS classmate of Joe Savery), Will McDaniel '08 and Clint Souls.

Yesterday, the West U Little League Senior Division 15-16 all-star team edged Beaumont West End, 6-5, in the Texas East Little League Tournament in Tyler.  Today, they play Victoria in another elimination game.  The WULL Seniors are coached by Trey Cornelius (a Lamar HS classmate of Joe Savery), Will McDaniel '08 and Clint Souls.

was named an Eastern Division All-Star and John Simms a Western Division All-Star for the CCBL All-Star game which will be played Friday night (July 29) at Fenway Park.


The Road to Bangor:
Today, the West U Little League Senior Division 15-16 all-star team, who are three-time District 16 and Section 3 champions, plays Rose Capital in the opening round of the Texas East Little League Tournament in Tyler.  The tournament cham-pion advances to regionals in Seguin, with the regional winner advancing to the World Series in Bangor, ME.  The WULL Seniors are coached by Trey Cornelius (a Lamar HS classmate of Joe Savery), Will McDaniel '08 and Clint Souls.

Rice signee John Williamson was a member of the 2009 World Championship team.
