Baylor College of Medicine Graduation:
Last week, Luke Gilman ’06 (aka Sammy the Owl), Natalie Lozano (Stanford ’05) and former Rice Cross Country star Adam Davis ’05 all graduated from Baylor College of Medicine.  The graduation address was delivered by Holt McNair’s grandfather who was awarded an honorary degree.

Luke and Natalie are engaged to be married next year.

Franz Brotzen:
Dr. Franz Brotzen, who was a beloved and well-respected professor at Rice for over 50 years, passed away on Tuesday.  There will be a memorial serivce on June 12 at Rice.  More details when available.
