MLB/MiLB Scoreboard Yesterday:
Winning pitcher Tony Cingrani (2-0, 1.50) only allowed 2 hits (including one to Anthony Rendon) in 6 shutout innings as Cincinnati defeated Washington, 5-2.  For good measure, he struck out 4 batters in an inning (11 overall) and collected his first Major League hit, run and sacrifice bunt.  Tyler Duffey (3-1, 2.60) was the winning pitcher for A Cedar Rapids.

Josh Rodriguez (.254) hit a 2-run homer for AA Binghamton and Jeremy Rathjen (.213) went 4-for-5 with 2 doubles, 2 runs and 3 RBI for A Great Lakes.

Yesterday, Washington placed Ryan Zimmerman on the 15-day DL and promoted Anthony Rendon from AA Harrisburg.  Today, he will start for the Nationals against the Mets at Citi Field.
