Earlier this week, MiLB.com reported that Aaron Luna was reassigned from AAA Memphis to AA Springfield.  That report was in error and he remains on the Memphis roster.

Winning pitcher Jeff Niemann (1-3, 5.60) only allowed 1 earned run on 2 hits in 7 innings as Tampa Bay defeated Minnesota, 6-1.  Matt Langwell (0-1, 1.35) earned a hold for AA Akron.
