Trivia Answer:
Former Cheerleader Charles Szalkowski graduated from Rice with a BA in Economics (’70) and a BS in Accounting (’71) where he had a roommate at Baker College who became a starting member of a world championship basketball team and a suitemate that same year who was a feisty piccolo player for the Owl Band.  Also, he graduated from Harvard with a MBA (’73) and a JD (’75).

He practiced transactional law for more than 35 years with Baker Botts.  And, he has a long history of volunteering at Rice, won the ARA Meritorious Service Award in 2010 and is a Rice Trustee Emeritus.  Finally, he claims that he is commonly confused with George Clooney.

It is probably a good thing that the aforementioned basketball player and piccolo star both got the trivia answer right.  See if you can pick them out from the list below.

All Rice fans are invited to attend a “Night Out with Rice Cheer” tomorrow night at 7 pm at the Brian Patterson Sports Performance Center to support Rice Cheerleading.
