Trivia Answer:
University Representative Y Ping Sun graduated from Princeton cum laude in 1985 and was Rice Homecoming Queen in 2004.  Interestingly, another Princeton graduate, Richard Smalley (PhD, 1973) was Rice Homecoming Queen in 1996. 

Tomorrow, the men's basketball team hosts the Tigers at 2 pm at Tudor Fieldhouse.

On November 21, 1963, President John F Kennedy spoke at an appreciation dinner for Congressman Albert Thomas ’20 (the Rice roommate of George R Brown) in Houston.  The next day, he was assassinated in Dallas.  Click here  for an interesting blog entry by Melissa Kean.
