According to various news accounts, Brock Holt, who has been on the 10 day-DL due to vertigo since April 21, is nearing a return to Boston.

Correction:  MiLB.com initially incorrectly posted Glen Otto as the losing pitcher with an ERA of 13.50 in his professional debut on Wednesday.  In fact, Glenn Otto (0-0, 0.00) pitched 2 shutout innings, just giving up 1 hit and striking out 3, for a no-decision for R GCL Yankees East.

Jordan Stephens (1-2, 1.48) was the winning pitcher for AA Birmingham and Austin Orewiler (3-2, 3.81) was the losing pitcher in relief for Hi-A Daytona.

Shane Hoelscher (.287) went 3-for-4 with a run for Hi-A Frederick and Skyler Ewing (.253) went 2-for-5 with a homer, 2 runs and 2 RBI for A Augusta.
