Florence Sell (1935 - 2014):
On October 8, Florence Sell passed away.  A native Houstonian, she graduated from Rice in 1960 with a BA in English.  After a stint as a stay-at-home Mom, she worked for 24 years as an editor for Omniplan and later for Hernandez Engineering.  Also, she was active in her church.  Click here for the Chronicle obituary.

Don Greive '84:
On Wednesday, Pinnacle Structural Engineers, co-founded by Rice baseball fan Don Greive '84, was named by the Houston Business Journal as the 24th best place to work in the small business category (under 100 employees).  This is the second year in a row for Pinnacle on the list.  Read more.
